I’m Jake Reynolds - certified personal trainer, sports nutrition coach, and someone who’s tired of seeing good people get terrible nutrition advice.
My Story
After years of helping clients transform their bodies, I noticed a pattern. The nutrition part was where people got stuck. Not because they didn’t want results - they absolutely did. But because every diet out there was either too complicated, too restrictive, or just plain impossible to sustain.
That’s why I created Fuel Your Fitness. No gimmicks, no magic pills, no BS. Just real food that supports real goals.
My Philosophy
Food is fuel. Period.
